What a team we had! Roger Dale served (“served” is just the right word) as leader. His colleagues were nephew Duffy Dale, geologist Andre Potochnik and nascent nuclear physicist Cliff Ghiglieri, all very experienced and skillful boatmen and walking encyclopedias of knowledge about lots of things. Our rafters, Stefanie, Matt and Elliot, have lots of river experience and other credits. The assistants, Devon, Ben and Ashley, were terrific in their own spheres. The other guests had a diverse and deep range of skills, from running the Cannonball to computer graphics to studying Dark Matter to Texas law to … lots. All were important to making this a terrific trip for me and my boys. Thanks!
